Hi, I'm Kristie!

For years I did what many court reporters do. I ran on everyone else’s deadlines, worked through vacations, and hoped it would all somehow add up to a secure future. Learning how to build an independent, systems driven practice changed everything for me, from my schedule and income to how confident I feel about retirement. Now, through Get Ready, Set, Report!, I teach licensed court reporters the same simple structures and strategies so they can reclaim their time, earn more on their own terms, and finally have a career that supports the life they want.
